All service after hour drop offs:
All drop offs between 7:00P and 7:00A are considered after hour drop offs and must be scheduled in advance.
Daycare dogs:
Late pick ups (7P - 9P) will be required to pay $5 per half hour late fee. After 9P dogs will be boarded overnight and owner will be responsible for the additional standard overnight fee.Overnight/Boarding dogs:
Rates apply to any overnight stay, check out time is 12P (Noon). After 12P a charge of another overnight stay, or $5 per half hour late fee, which ever is less.
No Show/No Call/Cancellations:
* Cancellations: 24 hours (or more) notice, no charge.
* Cancellations: less than 24-hour notice, 25% of the price of service scheduled.
* Grooming and Daycare no show/no call will be charged a $10 fee.
* Boarding no show/no call will be charged 50% of the price of service scheduled.
Holidays:
Only pre-arranged drop off/pick ups on Holiday stays (day or overnight). Holiday stays are on a pre-payment basis only, due 1 week in advance.
Spay/Neuter required?
No. Your pet is not required to be
spayed or neutered to attend 1st Choice. Many of us prefer our animals
whole and we understand that. However,
females that are currently in season do have an additional $10 per day
fee and must be pre-approved so we can get a safe area set
up prior to arrival.
Coming and going:
All pets must be brought in on a leash or crate and remain that way until they are past the dog safe barrier (this is for everyone's safety). When leaving all pets must be put on a leash before exiting the dog barrier.Owners' crates can be used if arranged in advance and meet our requirements for safety and ability to sanitize.
